I’ve been to many tech shops for repairs and laptops and never had an experience like I have at Acronym Computers. Every single person that works there is polite, enthusiastic and knows what they are talking about. Very polite and welcoming also. Gave me a great deal on a repair, wasn’t too expensive nor was the quality bad. Made my Apple MacBook Air look good as new and even cleaned it up after the service. Little things they do make it even better. Would recommend over any other computer shop in Portsmouth or Hampshire area. As a student, I recommend other students go as well (University of Portsmouth & Portsmouth College). One of the gentleman there, Othman, knows what to do when it comes to Apple products!

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and knew their stuff. They were able to fix my laptop within a week which is pretty good considering it's very new and the part needed was hard to find. Would defo recommend

Very friendly staff, purchased MacBook mini for very reasonable price. The manager was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us with the initial setup of this. We are very grateful and would happily recommend this place. Thank you Acronym computers!

Took my laptop in here after water damage, spilled almost a pint of water all over my laptop. Wasn’t working but I’ve taken it here and after a week it’s all good and fixed! Quite expensive but a good job

Bought a number of laptops/macs from here over the years. Always of good quality and if there happen to be any issues these get resolved quickly. Shop and company has increased in its success over the years for good reason! Othman is a lovely, friendly and professional person, and always there to help.

Best IT Company in this area. Very professional attitude with an excellent follow up service. The products are of the best range and price competitive. Very helpful, efficient service at a reasonable price. Very quickly sorted out the problems with my computer. Far better all round service and pricing that I have experienced with a certain wellknown high street computer company. Wish I had known about them earlier. From now on wont use anyone else.
